To begin the process of obtaining an online merchant account, please print this PDF file, Merchant Application, fill-in all fields, sign, and fax to the attention of Merchant Services at 518-583-3969. A merchant services specialist will then contact you to complete the process of obtaining an ecommerce merchant account.
Once your online check or credit card merchant account is set up, we will create your PayGate account. You will receive a PayGate welcome kit, which will contain important information about your online merchant account access, virtual terminal operation, and support phone numbers.
